A Versatile Band for Dances, Concerts and Events
The band has a library of over 1000 band charts including standards
from the 40s swing era, 50s Rock 'n Roll and pop favorites of the
60s, 70s and 80s.
The band has performed at a number of private functions and public
concerts/dances and offers an entertaining and varied programme.

9 August Open Air Concert for the Ashby Arts Festival - Grounds of
the Manor House School, Ashby, 7pm. Tickets available from the
Ashby Tourist Information Centre 01530 411767 or on the night.
6 September Band Social night at the American Diner

6 December Christmas with the Ashby Big Band, Palace Theatre,

13 December Christmas with the Ashby Big Band, Ivanhoe
Community College, Ashby 8pm - Fun night with dance floor, bar,
special guests, Santa and raffle provided by the Ashby Castle Rotary
Club and proportion of ticket sales donated to Rainbows Children's
Hospice
